I suffer from plantar fasciitis and I wear this insoles on all my shoes. Wouldn't wear anything else. I will be ordering some more as we will be going on a hiking holiday.

Got these for my husband's wellies to give more comfort on his soles, and so far seem to be working, he doesn't feel the bumps but they do help support parts of his feet, especially under his heel and the slightly raised instep part, the foam is a nice cushion for him, the thickness under the heel is about 1.5cm and this thins out towards the toe area to about 5 - 6mm, this size 8 - 8.5 UK is 28cm long but there is a guide line to cut them down to size 8, the widest part across the base of the toes is about 9.5cm, width across heel is about 7cm.

Fitted first time with no cutting or manipulating to fit the size. Also tried in a pair of trainers and again, size wise it fits to perfection.Comfort wise the soles work and was like walking on a pillow effect. After a few days it slightly lessened but not from soft to rock hard..... more like floating to a softer bounce effect whilst walking. Would expect some compression of the memory foam and happy that its not a drastic compression, there is still bounce in the next day. Can also say after a weekend of no use, there is a bit more bounce so the memory foam is still uncompressing itself that a 2 weeks use is still feeling better than no insole in the boots.

Soft and supportive inner sole.Comfortable to wear.Only time will tell as to quite how wear resilient the foam is, but initial signs are good.

Fantastic design, so comfortable. The toe section is nice and thin so my shoes still fit with these in, they make my walking boots so much more comfortable.

you instantly feel the cushioning when you put your trainers on with these in, the heel is a good thickness as well, you do feel the bumps on the insoles but it is not uncomfortable more unusual, but as the day went on i didn't notice them at all. i am a four and a half size shoe and they fitted perfectly and were very easy to put in. They definitely made a difference my feet were much more comfortable all day, would buy them again

Comfortable underfoot, but, because of the thickness they add, these are best suited to shoes with flexible uppers.

The item arrived on time, as described and packaged well. My favourite pair of boots are starting to wear down on the inside so I got these to try and make them last a little bit longer. They feel comfy and great. At first they did move around and always did come out when taking my boot off but the more I wear them the more they seem to be settling.

These insoles are nice and soft, providing excellent padding, and are very helpful if your shoes are slightly too big (like mine are). You're given a cutting guide for getting a good fit, and they slide into the shoe easily

I got these to use in my slippers, as the memory foam had become less comfortable over time. These did the job well.The fitted my size 6 slippers perfectly. The bumpy texture of the insoles took a bit of getting used to but felt comfortable and supportive very quickly.

Arrived in a well-branded package, inside are two insoles for both left and right feet.They cannot be cut using measuring guidelines, so you will need to order your exact size.First impressions are good, they have a pleasant fragrance and a soft, fluffy texture.", however there is more support towards the heel area and it is noticeable, that they may take time to get acquainted with, as you cannot ignore the obvious feelings of the pressure ballpoints, they are not doing much for me as I cannot ignore how they feel.If they removed these lumps and added more support for the toe area, then it would be perfect.
